This platform provides services for the analysis of medical images uploaded by users with artificial intelligence systems. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law , your personal data is processed as follows:

1. Data Controller

As the platform administrator, we are responsible for the processing and protection of personal data in the capacity of data controller.

2. Processed Data

Uploaded medical images (e.g. DICOM format)
IP address
Log information such as transaction time

3. Processing Purposes

Analyzing images with artificial intelligence
Presenting the results to the user
System security and transaction tracking

4. Retention Period

Uploaded data is automatically deleted from the system within 24 hours after the analysis is completed at the latest.

5. Data Transfer

Images may be temporarily transferred to cloud servers during the analysis process.
This transfer takes place with your explicit consent and for analysis purposes only.

6. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

As a user;

Learning whether your data is processed or not,
Requesting correction or deletion,
You have the right to object to the processing.
